Aadarsh Green Energy
A Pune-based tyre recycler built on compliance, technology, and the conviction that industrial waste is a recoverable resource.
Built From a Real Environmental Problem
The idea for Aadarsh Green Energy was born after witnessing unsafe tyre dumping and open burning practices across industrial regions of Maharashtra. Thousands of end-of-life tyres were being openly burned or dumped in landfills — releasing toxic gases, contaminating soil, and wasting materials that held real industrial value.
Recognising the scale of this environmental problem and the commercial opportunity within it, our founders invested in building compliant pyrolysis infrastructure in Pune. The early years were not without challenge — licensing approvals, technology stabilisation, and the patient work of building market trust required persistence and conviction.
Through that persistence, Aadarsh Green Energy established itself as a reliable, CPCB-authorised tyre recycling partner. Since 2018, we have processed over 54,000 MT of end-of-life tyres, built a network of 50+ industrial clients, and expanded to a 5-reactor plant delivering 60 MT per day — with zero waste to landfill.
Today, as India tightens Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations for tyre manufacturers, we stand positioned as one of the region's most capable and compliant tyre valorisation partners.
Key Milestones
Founded in Pune. First reactor commissioned. CPCB authorisation obtained.
Expanded to 3 reactors. Crumb rubber product line launched.
Reached 50+ client network across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat.
5-reactor plant delivering 60 MT/day. EPR registration secured. 54,000+ MT processed.
Mission
To eliminate unsafe tyre disposal practices by converting tyre waste into high-value industrial materials through compliant and scalable recycling infrastructure.
Vision
To be a benchmark in India's tyre recycling industry — combining environmental integrity with commercial sustainability across multi-location operations.
